Returns Policy

We hope that you are happy with your purchase, but we do understand that sometimes things go wrong! All of our items are personalised or hand-made to order and cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty. If your item does arrive damaged, we offer a swift, no-quibble replacement, and we treat all queries as a priority. Just contact us within 30 days and weโ€™ll sort it out. Simple!

In the first instance, please call us on 01984 632120 with your order number so that we can help. Sometimes weโ€™ll be able to solve the problem over the phone, whilst on other occasions we might ask you to send us a photo of the item or return it to us at:

For items purchased as Christmas Presents, we will process returns up to the 31st January in the new year.
